Anthony Ralston

Anthony Ralston is a Celtic right-back who came through the club's academy and, after overcoming a serious knee injury and loan spells, became a key squad member under Ange Postecoglou. He has won multiple league and cup honours with Celtic and earned 27 Scotland caps.

Ralston joined Celtic's youth system at age eight and made his senior debut in May 2016. A knee injury in 2017 disrupted his development and led to loan spells at Queen's Park, Dundee United, and St Johnstone. He re-established himself under manager Ange Postecoglou in the 2021–22 season, providing a memorable late winner against Ross County that helped Celtic secure the title.

Since then Ralston has been a reliable squad option at Celtic, earning significant domestic honours. He made his Scotland senior debut in November 2021 and started all three group matches at UEFA Euro 2024.
