The story
A young Austrian centre-back who came through Red Bull Salzburg's academy and moved to Spanish club Elche in 2024 after three seasons with Sturm Graz.
Affengruber progressed through Red Bull Salzburg's youth system, briefly appearing for the senior side and winning the Austrian Bundesliga and Cup in 2021. He joined SK Sturm Graz in June 2021, making 85 league appearances before signing with Elche CF in August 2024.
He earned his first senior Austria cap on 27 March 2026.
