Oumar Diakite

Oumar Diakité is a forward from Bingerville who progressed rapidly from ASEC Mimosas through the Red Bull system to Stade de Reims, earning 23 Ivory Coast caps and a 2023 AFCON winner's medal.

Diakité started at ASEC Mimosas before Red Bull Salzburg signed him in 2022. Sent on loan to FC Liefering, he scored 12 goals in 35 appearances in Austria's second tier, prompting Stade de Reims to take him to Ligue 1 in 2023, where he recorded 9 goals across 54 appearances.

A loan to Cercle Brugge from 2025 saw him continue to score in Belgium. He was part of Ivory Coast's 2023 AFCON-winning squad and had 23 senior caps and 6 goals by the 2026 World Cup.
